ISSUE: Servo centres shift after migration to OpenTX 2.2

Description
After migration from OpenTX 2.1 to 2.2, channels with PPM Centre values other than the default 1500 are offset slightly.
Cause
This is due to a known issue in 2.1. This bug was fixed in OpenTx 2.2;
Solution/workaround
Readjust the PPM Centre value (if using the RC-Soar templates, this should be done in CAL mode).
