ISSUE: Flaps do not move

Symptoms
Even after configuring flap mixes (via GV3, GV4), flaps do not function, remaining fixed at their calibrated neutral positions.
Cause
The cause is an error in the mixes for CH3 and CH4, which causes the CAL neutral mix to override all the other mixes in all flight modes. The problem only affects F3F template V5.0.1.
Solution
In channel CH3:RtFlap, the "CALneut" mix should have only FM1 ticked, all other FM's should be unticked. The same applies to CH4:LtFlap
