ISSUE: Unexpected behaviour in Companion simulator

Description
When running a template in the Companion sim, channel outputs and flight modes oscillate wildly and the timer behaves unexpectedly.
Cause
Known issue with Companion 2.3.8 sim (Github #7733). Fixed in 2.3.9.
Solution
Upgrade to OpenTX 2.3.9
