ISSUE: EdgeTX slow start with E-Soar Plus

Description
When running E-Soar Plus, EdgeTX may hang during power up or when switching from another model to ESP. The hang may last anything from a few seconds to several minutes.
Cause
This is a known issue with EdgeTX, see #5976.
Solution
For a complete solution, apply one of these options:
- Wait for a fix for #5976
- Install a version of EdgeTX prior to 2.10.0
If the above solutions are not practical, then these mitigation measures are recommended:
- Start ESP in Climb mode
- Use stock 'EdgeTX' theme
- If using ELRS, specify a slow packet rate (100Hz)
- Set Fade In/Out to zero for Power and Landing flight modes (Flight modes menu)
